Our Review
The Atmosphere
- 5/5 Stars – Very close to the beach. You just have to cross 1 lane of traffic and you are there! Great lively music all the time and then the Live Steel Drums musician was great. Nice large bar with a bunch of high top tables around it. A nice section for families on the other side away from the bar. Great colors, lively vibes, a laid back beach/island feel. Reminded us a bit of the being in the Florida Keys.
The Service
- 4/5 Stars – The hosts, servers, and bar tenders were super nice and friendly. It took just a little long to get a drink and an order in. This location is very new and we hope they add more people to help customers. It felt like a budget/management problem and not a service person problem.
The Food
We had Lucky’s Smoked Fish Dip – Mahi-mahi, pickled onions, jalapeños, crisp corn tortillas & club crackers.
- 3/5 Stars – It was good but we felt it needed more flavor and more smoked flavor. We are used to the No Name Pub’s smoked fish dip so we were probably expecting it to taste more like that. It didn’t. We we added jalapeños and picked onions to the mix, it was better. The chips were crisp. We will try something new next time we go.

Lucky’s Smoked Fish Dip
The Drinks
Lucky’s Rum Punch – Captain Morgan gold & silver rum, pineapple, orange, fresh lime juice, grenadine
Mermaid Water – Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum, blue curaçao, coconut purée, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice
- 3/5 Stars – Both drinks tasted like they had too much sour mix or something sour in them. Not fruity and refreshing liked we wished. We where hoping for a Margaritaville quality drink and these fell short.
Modelo (Draft) and Blue Moon (Draft)
- 5/5 Stars – Both were cold. They gave us an orange slice for the Blue Moon and a Lime with the Modelo without us having to ask, which is nice for those of us that like these beers.
